An Invitation For Spring

In An Invitation for Spring, the long, cool shadows of winter are present, but there’s also just a hint of spring color. Low-lying areas close to creeks always seem to be the first places to awaken when temperatures elsewhere are still hovering around freezing. The dramatic lighting captured my interest, followed by the textures of this landscape early in the changing season.
